An Ancient History of Persian Woven Style

Persia is one of the ancient civilized country, which holds several inventions that is shrouded in mystery but, still it is very popular in today's techno world. One end comes out over this thread and the other over the next warp thread. Knots played a very important role in measuring the quality of rugs. The higher number of knots per square inch was considered to be of high quality in rugs. 

Nowadays these rugs are celebrated for their affluence of colours, variety of artistic patterns and intricate designs: and they are cherished as the most valuable possession in many mansions and museums all over the world. Persian rug is well placed in London museum “The Victoria and Albert” since 1892. The rumours are it was bought in 2,500 Euro.
